Breakfast Together Challenge
It’s summer time and this one might be one of our hardest yet
Here’s the challenge:
Every day for at least one week, get up in time to have a sit down (and healthy!) breakfast together as a family.
If you already have breakfast together each day, up your game by doing an extra activity in the mornings together such as going for a walk or reading together.
Comment below if your in and when you’re done, comment with your experience. Feel free to challenge your other friends and family as well!
This was a great challenge for us. We already ate breakfast together most mornings, but this challenge helped us be more intentional about it. We started doing yoga together before we ate breakfast which was a great overall start to our personal mornings, but also a great change to bond as a family.
